The role
Based in Randwick, NSW, Ocius seeks a commercially astute Senior Finance Controller ready to step up into a leadership position, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a unique role that will help deliver Ocius strategic aspirations.
As a trusted adviser to the CEO and Board, the purpose of this role is to oversee and manage the financial sustainability of Ocius, with accountability for planning, implementing, and managing all economic activities, ensuring compliance and regulatory obligations, along with Company Secretarial duties.
Operating in a flat structure, Ocius is looking for a hands-on leader to deliver continuous financial end-to-end improvement and lead a small team.
The role is also charged with introducing new financial practices and improving existing ones, building commercial and financial capability across the leadership team and partnering with the CEO, Board and leadership team to drive financial outcomes.
The human
CPA/ CA qualified, with demonstrable leadership experience in fast-paced, project-based environments, you are a natural team player with strong interpersonal skills.
You are a leader with proven expertise in influencing at all levels and delivering strong performance outcomes.
